【摘要】 目的 :探讨 p2 7KIP1和MMP 9在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测 5 6例胃癌中 p2 7KIP1和MMP 9蛋白的表达。结果 :p2 7KIP1和MMP 9蛋白在胃癌中的阳性率分别为 4 6 4 %和 5 3 6 %。p2 7KIP1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、Lauren分型、淋巴结转移和浸润深度有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MMP 9的表达只与胃癌的Lauren分型、淋巴结转移和浸润深度有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而与分化程度无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :p2 7KIP1蛋白低表达参与了胃癌的发展 ,MMP 9可能在胃癌的侵袭和转移中发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study expression of p27 KIP1 protein and MMP 9 in gastric carcinoma (GC) and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Fifty six cases of GC were detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rates of p27 KIP1 protein and MMP 9 were 46 4% and 53 6% respectively. Expression of p27 KIP1 was significantly ralated to degree of differentiation, Lauren typing,lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion ( P< 0 05); expression of MMP 9 was only related to Lauren typing,lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion ( P< 0 05),but not related to degree of differentiation ( P> 0 05). There was no correlation between p27 KIP1 and MMP 9 ( P> 0.05). Conclusions Down regulation of p27 KIP1 expression may be involved in the progression of GC, and MMP 9 may play a role in invasion and metastasis of GC.更多还原
