机车柴油机高强化连杆螺钉可靠性试验研究
Reliability testing research of high strength connecting rod bolt for locomotive diesel engine
【摘要】 对 16V2 80ZJ型机车柴油机的连杆螺钉进行了疲劳试验 ,研究了连杆螺钉的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命 ,分析了其断裂失效原因。通过试验研究提出了对连杆螺钉的改进措施 ,以提高连杆螺钉的疲劳强度及疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the fatigue strength and the fatigue life of connecting rod bolt and analyses its fracture reason,based on the fatigue test of connecting rod bolt for 16V280ZJ diesel engine.Some improving mesures for connecting rod bolt are proposed to improve its fatigue strength and fatigue life.
