【摘要】 目的:探讨咪唑斯汀(皿治林)治疗急、慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:对急性荨麻疹40例患者给予口服皿治林10mg,2h后观察疗效;慢性荨麻疹30例患者给予口服皿治林10mg,每日1次,治疗14d。结果:急性荨麻疹患者70％在2h内起效,1h内88％患者瘙痒开始减轻,86％患者风团数开始减少,83％患者红晕程度开始减轻;慢性荨麻疹患者治疗1w临床总有效率为86.6％,2w总有效率100％。结论:使用皿治林口服治疗急、慢性荨麻疹快速起效、持续时间长、安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study efficacy of mizolastine in treatment of acute and chronic urticaria. Methods:All the cases took mizolastine 10 mg. once a day. 40 cases with acute urticaria were observed after 2 hours. 30 casese chronic urticaria were observed after 14 days. Results;70% cases of a-cute urticaria showed the response in 2 hours. 88% Itching, 86% wheals and 83% erythema were relieved after 1 hr. The total effective rate of the cases with chronic urticaria was 86.6% in the first week and the 100% effective rate was showed in the second week. Conclusion: Mizolastine showed fast -acting, continuous and safe effectiveness in treatment of acute and chronic urticaria.更多还原
