大型高炉用Al2O3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料的研制与使用
Development and application of Al 2O 3-SiC-C castable for iron trough of large blast furnaces
【摘要】 研究了硅微粉、炭素、α Al2 O3 微粉对Al2 O3 -SiC -C铁沟浇注料流动性、线变化率及热处理后强度的影响。研制的低水泥Al2 O3 -SiC -C铁沟系列浇注料在宝钢的大型高炉上使用 ,一次通铁量 (过程不修补 )达 10万t以上 ,在日本NKK -NKT钢管公司的大型高炉上使用 ,通铁量达 35~ 4 0万t(过程中渣线部位修补 1~ 2次 ) ,均取得了良好的使用效果。
【Abstract】 Using corundum,α-Al 2O 3 micropowder and SiC as main starting materials,the influences of SiO 2 micropowder,carbon and α-Al 2O 3 micropowder on flowability,linear change rate and strength after heat treatment of Al 2O 3-SiC-C castable were investigated.The developed castable was used in Baosteel with liquid iron passed by one trough once(without repair) more than 100 thousand tons and NKK-NKT(Japan)Steel-pipe Company with liquid iron passed by one trough 350000~400000 tons(repairing once to twice in slagline).
