凝胶注模成型氧化锆耐火材料的研究
Study on gelcasting of zirconia refractories
【摘要】 研究了以粒径分布较宽的粗颗粒氧化锆粉末制成浆料的 ζ电位、流变特性及其凝胶注模成型技术。结果表明 ,用适量的分散剂SD - 0 0调整浆料的pH值 =8.5~ 10 .13,即可制备出固相含量高达 6 5 %(体积分数 )的氧化锆浓悬浮体。凝胶注模成型出的氧化锆坯体性能良好 ,其体积密度为 4 .12 g·cm- 3,抗折强度达 2 1.4 3MPa。
【Abstract】 The Zeta potential of ZrO 2 powders,the rheological properties of concentrated suspensions of ZrO 2 with coarse powders and its gelcasting were discussed in detail.The experimental results indicate that the concentrated suspension of ZrO 2 with solid content of 65 vol% was prepared by adjusting pH value of the slurry ranged from 8.5 to 10.13 using proper dispersant.The performance of green bodies of zirconia refractories formed by gelcasting is favorable.The bulk density and modulus of rupture of green body measured were 4.12 g·cm -3 and 21.43 MPa,respectively.
