【摘要】 目的 :探讨调肝导浊中药防治动脉粥样硬化的机理。方法 :采用实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔模型进行分组喂养 ,酶法、免疫组化方法进行指标检测。结果 :调肝导浊中药可降低动脉硬化指数 ,缩小主动脉斑块面积 ,降低PC NA、PDGF -A、PDGFR -α阳性表达率。结论 :该中药通过降低动脉硬化指数 ,抑制SMC增殖 ,阻止AS发生发展更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To research into the mechanism of Liver Regulating and Turbid Removing decoction on the prevention and treatment of AS. Methods :The rabbits were fed with heavy dosage of cholesterol and during the feeding course they were controlled differently in groups.Test and detection were made on the indexes by the methods of enzyme and the immunohistochemical. Results :Decoction might lower the index of AS,reduce the plaque area,diminish the positive expression rate of PCNA,PDGF A and PDGFR α. Conclusion :This decoction by lowering the index of AS and inhibiting the proliferation of SMC,effectively prevent the formation and progress of AS.更多还原
