【摘要】 目的 :观察润喉开音片治疗慢性喉炎气滞血瘀痰凝型的疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。方法 :将 80例随机分为两组 ,治疗组采用润喉开音片治疗。对照组采用黄氏响声丸。结果 :两组总有效率分别为 90 %和70 %,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (χ2 =6 0 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;两组主要观察指标比较 ,治疗前两组各项观察指标之间无显著性差异 (P均 >0 0 5 ) ,治疗后治疗组各项观察指标积分较对照组均有非常显著差异 (t检验 ,P均 <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;两组血液流变学比较 ,治疗前两组患者的血液流变学指标大多偏高 ,组间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,治疗后治疗组各指标变化情况明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :润喉开音片不仅有较好临床疗效 ,还有全面改善患者全身血液粘稠度的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Runhyou Kaiyin Tablet on chronic Laryngitis(stagnancy of Qi,stasis of blood and phlegm)and its influence on hemorheology.Method:80 cases were randomly divided into treated group and controlled group treated with Runyou Kaiyin Tablet(4 tablets a time,3 times a day) and Huangshi Xiangsheng Pill(20 pills a time,3 times a day) respectively,10 days a course,3 courses consecutively.Results:The total effective rates of two groups were 90% and 70% respectively(χ 2=6.0,P<0.05).The main indices were basically the same in both groups before treatment(P>0.05).However,they were significantly different after treatment(t-test,P<0.01 and P<0.05).Indices on hemorheology were higher before treatment in both groups and there were no significant difference between them.With the variances between pre- and post- treatment comparison,it revealed that the Runhou Kaiyin Table was significantly superior to Huangshi Xiangsheng Pill(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusion:As Runhou Kaiyin Tablet,there was better clinical effect on chronic laryngitis,and entire improvement on patients′ hemorheology.更多还原
