原发性高血压血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与性别的关系

【摘要】 目的 研究血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因插入 缺失 (I D)多态性与不同性别原发性高血压 (EH)的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应技术分析 138例原发性高血压患者及 6 0名正常对照组的ACE基因型。结果 原发性高血压组缺失纯合子 (DD)基因型及D等位基因频率显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。且男女两性相比 ,原发性高血压组男性DD基因型频率显著高于女性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,收缩压水平亦显著高于女性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 原发性高血压与ACE基因I D多态性之间存在一种特殊的伴性关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) gene polymorphism and different sexes in the essential hypertensive patients of Han nationality.Method The types of the angiotensin converting enzyme gene were examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in a cross sectional study of 138 hypertension patients and 60 normal control subjects.Results The DD genotype and D allele gene frequencies were significantly higher in hypertension group than those in normal control group(P< 0.05). The DD genotype frequency and the level of systolic blood pressure were significantly higher in males than in females in essential hypertension group (P<0.05). Conclusion The above data support that the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene might be a sex specific gene for the essential hypertension in Han nationality.
