【摘要】 目的 介绍原发性脑干损伤的CT征象分型,探讨其在诊断及预后方面的价值。方法 总结118例原发性脑干损伤的CT征象及相关临床资料,按CT征象特点进行分类,分析其CT征象不同类型病人的临床表现特点及预后情况。结果 CT征象不同类型的原发性脑干损伤各有其临床表现特点,不同类型间预后有显著差异。结论 CT征象分型有助于进一步明确原发性脑干损伤的诊断,早期准确判断其预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the classification about CT signs of primary brain-stem injury (PBSI) and investigate it’s value in the diagnosis and prognosis. Methods CT signs and clinical data of 118 patients with primary brain-stem injury were summarized. According to the feature of CT signs, the classifications of PBSI were analyzed retrospectively. Results In different types of CT signs, the feature of variaus clinical manifestation were found in patients with brain-stem injury. The prognosis had different significantly between the different types. Conclusion The classification of CT signs is helpful to make a definitive diagnosis and judge prognosis early and correctly in patient with brain-stem injury.更多还原
