【摘要】 目的 观察大面积切痂创面应用异体甘油保存皮作为创面覆盖物的效果。方法 对1999年6月～2001年12月入院的15例大面积烧伤患者采用早期切痴微粒自体皮+大片异体甘油保存皮移植治疗,并观察疗效。结果 15例移植异体皮均全部成活,除1例术后20天因营养不良及合并肺部感染致呼吸循环衰竭死亡以外,其余病例均痊愈出院。本组住院期间未出现创面感染,创面愈合时间明显缩短,平均住院费用降低。结论 早期切痂植皮可有效降低大面积烧伤患者死亡率,减少住院费用。对大面积切痂创面,异体甘油保存皮是一种较理想的覆盖物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of applying allo-skin with glycerin preserved grafting as cov-ering of wound surface in the removal of eschar of extensive burns. Methods From June 1999 to December 2001, early removal of eschar and granular autogenous skin plus massive allo-skin with glycerin preserved grafting was used in the treatment of 15 cases with extensive burns, and it’s therapeutic efficacy was observated. Results 15 cases of allo-skin graft were survival totally. Because of malnutrition and accompanied with pulmonary infection, one case died from respiratory and circulatory failure after operation 20 days. The other 14 cases were cured to discharge from hospital. No infection of Wound surface was found. The time of wound healing was shortened obviously. Conclusion The early removal of eschar and skin graft can lower mortality rae of the patients with extemsive burns and reduce hospitalized cost. For the wound surface of extensive removal of eschar, the allo-skin with glycerin preserved is a desirable covering.更多还原
