【摘要】 目的 探讨带蒂包皮瓣和前尿道延伸联合修复尿道下裂的效果。方法 对12倒尿道下裂患儿联合采用带蒂包皮瓣和前尿道延伸的方法一期修复。结果 12例均获随访1～7年,1例合并吻合口狭窄和瘘,1例吻合口狭窄,均经再次手术修复治愈。全部患儿阴茎发育良好,外观及功能满意。结论 带蒂包皮瓣和前尿道延伸联合法是治疗阴茎型和阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of pediculated preputial flap with elongation of the anterior urethra for treating of the hypospadias. Methods 12 children with hypospadias have been repaired primarily by the pediculated preputial flap with elongation of the anterior urethra. Results All the patients had been followed up for 1 to 7 years. Urethral stricture with fistula was occurred in l case, urethral stricture in l case, and these two cases were cured after re-surgical repair. The contour and function of the penis were satisfatory in all patients. Conclusion The pediculated preputial flap with elongation of the fore urethra is one of the best choice for treating peno-scrotal type hypospadias.更多还原
