固定化小球藻对市政污水中N,P营养盐的深度处理 Ⅰ.藻细胞年龄对氮、磷去除率的影响

【摘要】 将从污水中分离的小球藻包埋于褐藻酸钙胶球中 ,对人工配制的市政污水进行深度处理 .研究了藻细胞年龄对污水中NH+ 4-N和PO4 3- -P去除效率的影响以及处理过程中藻类细胞的生长变化 .结果表明 ,静止初期的藻细胞与指数末期的藻细胞相比 ,经固定化后 ,尽管前者的增殖量低于后者 ,但对NH+ 4-N和PO3- 4-P的去除率以及单位细胞的氮磷去除量都高于后者 .

【Abstract】 Chlorella sp. isolated from sewage was entrapped in calcium alginate gel and utilized for tertiary treatment of the artificial made second sedimentation wastewater. This paper studied effects of the age of algal cells on removing rates of NH + 4-N and PO 3- 4-P by the immobilized algae and growth changes of the algae at the same time. The results showed that after immobilization the algae being in early stationary phase grew slower than the algae being in late exponential phase; but that the removing rates of NH + 4-N and PO 3- 4-P by the former was higher than the latter.
