【Abstract】 Lotus Notes’ prominent superiority as an office terrace is described firstly. And the superiority of setting up office terrace chiefly based on Lotus, the working process automation by Lotus Domino/Notes, application and exploitive condition, are also introduced. Moreover, the characteristics of three large functions, i.e., Communication, Collaboration, Coordination, are studied. At last, the scheme about collegial MIS based on Lotus Notes is given as example, by using "Class Information Manage System". The technical feature and technological questions of the major functional section are analyzed, and the scheme of office automation manage system based on B/S mode and Lotus Notes is demonstrated.更多还原
