壳聚糖钯催化剂对巴豆醛氢化的催化作用研究
Study of Hydrogenation of Crotonaldehyde on Chitosan-Pd
【摘要】 以壳聚糖钯配合物作为催化剂 ,探讨了反应压力、温度、时间、催化剂用量、溶剂等对巴豆醛氢化的影响 .得出最佳反应条件 :Pd∶巴豆醛物质的量的比为 1∶5 0 ,甲醇为溶剂 ,氢压 4.0MPa ,温度 80℃ .巴豆醛的转化率为 10 0 % ,正丁醇的选择性为 6 0 %以上
【Abstract】 Effect of the reaction pressure, the reaction temperature, the reaction time, and solvent, etc, on the hydrogenation of crotonaldehyde over Chitosan Pd were investigated. The best reaction conditions are as follows: the mol ratio of Pa: crotonaldehyde is 1:50,PH2=4.0 MPa, T=80℃.The conversion of crotonaldehyde and the selectivity to butanol were 100% and over 60% respectively.
