【Abstract】 State-granted loan in aid is the product of charging reform that institutions of higher learning have carried out in our country, which relieved the financial burden of those students in great need. Carrying-out of the loan embodies the important thought of "three representings" presented by President Jiang and guarantees the equality of chance in higher education.
