玉米茎秆水分遗传研究
Genetic Studies on Moisture Content in Maize-stalk
【摘要】 采用不完全双列杂交方法对玉米茎秆含水量进行了遗传研究。结果表明 :玉米茎秆含水量的杂种优势表现以加性基因效应为主 ,受环境影响条件较小。广义遗传力为 92 .69% ,狭义遗传力为 82 .5 5 % ,玉米茎秆含水量可在早代进行选择。选自美国杂交种 785 99玉米自交系如 5 995、沈 1 3 6等玉米自交系具有较高的GCA ,用其组配的杂交组合玉米籽粒成熟时茎秆含水量较高 ,青枝绿叶 ,活秆成熟。说明这些玉米自交系是选育活秆成熟玉米杂交种的骨干自交系。
【Abstract】 The general combining ability, special combining ability and heritability of stalk moisture content were analyzed in a design of incomplete doallel cross (P 1×P 2) for 13 maize inbred lines.The result showed that the character of maize stalk moisture content is controlled by additive gene.The broad heritability(H B) is 92.69%,the narrow heritability (H N) is 82.55%.It should be selected in early generation.
