【Abstract】 Detached tissue culture was carried out by using buds as external plants of the healthy current-year branches of late maturing Prunus persica 90-11-36. Through repeated experiments, cultivation of bacteria-free seedlings from external plants, fast breeding, induction of rooting of unstable buds and transplantation of rooted plants were conducted successfully, and the optimum combinations of hormones at different phases were sorted out, thus reviving systems of Prunus persica were established.更多还原
