植物生长调节剂萘氧乙酸的合成工艺研究
Study on Synthesis of Plant Growth Regulator-Chlorlacetic Acid
【摘要】 以 2 -萘酚和氯乙酸为原料 ,在碱催化下反应合成萘氧乙酸。对合成反应的影响因素进行了讨论 ,并确定最佳工艺条件为 :2 -萘酚 :氯乙酸 =1∶3 (摩尔比 ) ,滴加时间、反应时间、回流时间分别为 1h、1 .5h、3h。实验证明 ,在此条件下 ,产品收率达 65 .48% (以 2 -萘酚计 ) ,纯度大于 98%。
【Abstract】 Preparation of chlorlacetic acid using 2-Naphtha and chloroacetic acid as materials in the basic condition was introduced in this paper. Influences of mole ratio and time on the reaction were studied. the optimal technology condition was obtained. The experiment proved that yield of production reached 65.48 % and purity was more than 98 %.
