固定化细胞技术在废水治理中的应用及降解动力学研究进展
Some Research Progresses of Immobilized Cells Method in Wastewater Treatment and Its Kinetic Characteristics
【摘要】 固定化细胞生物系统具有生物密度高、耐毒性、耐冲击负荷等优点 ,在降解废水有机污染物方面正受到越来越多的尝试和关注。目前对固定化技术治理废水的研究主要有 :微生物固定载体的物化性质中对保持细胞的生物活性和物质扩散传递的影响、固定化细胞与游离态细胞间生物反应差异比较、固定化细胞对特定污染物的降解机理和固定化细胞体系的反应动力学模型等几个方面
【Abstract】 Immobilized cells systems have higher biomass concentration, more durable for the poisonous and over loading. It received more and more interest in wastewater treatment because of its advantages. During recent years, studies in wastewater treatment by immobilized cells system focus on: effect of support material to the biological activity and mass transfer, difference between free cells and immobilized cells, biodegrade mechanism for certain contamination and modeling the biodegrade reaction in the immobilized cells system, etc.
