【Abstract】 In this paper,the traditional defibrillators are introduced,with their the shortcomings pointed out,and the idea of designing a intelligent external used defibrillator is advanced hereby. In the newly designed defibrillator,80C196KC microcontrollers are utilized to identify ventricular fibrillation accurately and double pulses of low energy are applied to get rid of the quivers effectively,which is a break through in the limitations of the traditional defibrillators both in technology and in application.更多还原
