热处理条件对32CrNiMoV钢力学性能的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment Conditions On Mechanical Properties for 32CrNiMoV Steel
【摘要】 研究了热处理条件对32CrNiMoV高强钢力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,淬火温度为860~920℃,回火温度为550~600℃时,该钢的低温冲击韧性、断裂韧性和抗拉强度可获良好的匹配.
【Abstract】 The influence of heat treatment conditions on mechanical property for 32CrNiMoV steel has been investigated. It was showed that the combination properties of low temperature impact toughness, fracture toughness and tensile strength can get better when quenching temperature is be-tween 860 and 920℃ and tempered temperature ranges from 550 to 600℃ .
