高档彩色甜椒离体快繁技术

【摘要】研究了高档采色甜椒离体快繁技术,结果表明由MS+BA0.6mg/L+IAA 0.1mg/L接种不定芽,增殖系数可达5.8,由MS+NAA 0.15mg/L生根效果最好,20d后生根率可达100％,并且根系粗壮发达。更多还原

【Abstract】 The series of experiments on the fast propagaton of colored capsicum showed that put the buds on the culture medium(MS+BA0.6mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L),the increse times will reach 5.8. The best culture medium for rooting is MS+NAA0.15mg/L,under which the rooting rate may reach 100％ and the root system is well developed.更多还原
