【摘要】 本文应用离子交换色谱技术进行了味精废液中氨基酸的分离研究。考虑了树脂种类、温度和洗脱剂等因素对氨基酸分离效果的影响。找出了氨基酸最佳分离条件。并用味精废液进行了验证,结果表明,在此条件下,氨基酸分离效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of the ion-exchange chromatography to separate the amino acids in the waste liquid of monosodium glutamate has been studied in this paper.. The effect of the resins, temperature and eluent to the separation are examined. The best condition was found. And the waste liquid was experimented under this condition. The results show that the effect of the separation of the amino acids is good.更多还原
