木工数控加工中心主轴箱支撑架动态试验分析
Vibration Tests and Analysis on the Headstock Backstop of Woodworking NC Machining Center
【摘要】 以 Author503型木工数控加工中心为研究对象,介绍了通过激振响应实验测定其主轴箱支撑架的各阶固有振动频率的方法,并给出了实验和模态分析结果。同时,通过切削实验测定了切削状态下支撑架原点振幅。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the method and results of determining the immanence frequency on the headstock backstop of a machining center model 503 through stimulus - response test, as well as results of a modal analysis. At the same time, it gave the swing of the origin point by cutting tests.
