蒸发工序技改运行情况小结

【摘要】 江苏省盐城市龙亚化工有限公司原蒸发装置设计能力为 3.5万t/a ,在运行过程中存在以下不足 :强制循环泵维修频繁 ;洗效频繁 ;成品碱中氯化钠含量高。为此 ,对原蒸发装置进行了技术改造 :强制循环泵由FJX- 5 0 0型改为HZW - 6 0 0型 ;逆向采盐工序改为Ⅱ、Ⅲ效都将盐采入盐泥高位槽工序 ;新增 4只 80m3 的浓碱冷却槽 ,对冷却系统进行了改进。技术改造后 ,该装置的蒸发强度达 5 .5万t/a ,并且解决了原装置存在的问题

【Abstract】 The design capacity of old evaporation facility in Jiangsu Yancheng Longya Chemical Co.,Ltd. was 35 kt/a,and there were the following shortcomings in running:frequent maintenance of forced-circulation pump and compartments washing,high content of sodium chloride in finished caustic soda.For these reasons,the following technical innovation in the old evaporation facility had been carried out:replacing forced-circulation pump FJX-500 with forced-circulation pump HZW-600,switching backward salt collection into salt slurry collecting from compartment Ⅱ and Ⅲ into a high tank,adding 4 concentrated caustic soda cooling tanks with 80 m 3,and modifying the cooling system.After adopting the above technical innovation,the evaporation capacity reached 55 kt/a and problems in old facility were solved.
