【摘要】 锦化化工 (集团 )有限责任公司引进日本旭硝子公司的AZEC -B1(70 )复极式离子膜电解槽 ,进行12万t/a离子膜烧碱的生产。介绍了离子膜电解槽的结构特性 ,装置试车及运行中出现的一些问题 ,并分析了问题出现的原因
【Abstract】 Bipolar type ion-exchange-membrane electrolyzers AZEC-B 1(70) imported from Japan Asahi Glass Co.,Ltd. were used to produce 120 kt/a ion-exchange-membrane caustic soda in Jinhua Chemical Industry (Group) Co.,Ltd..The structure characteristics of this ion-exchange-membarane electrolyzer and problems in test running and operation were introduced.The problems were analyzed.
