正常人的心室复极时间变异性研究

【摘要】 目的 使用频谱分析逐搏R波与T波间期 (RT)的变异性来研究正常人的心室复极时间变异性 (RDV)。方法 正常人 30例 ,采用 2 4小时动态心电图监测系统进行记录 ,通过计算机软件使用频谱技术同步分析RDV及心率变异性 (HRV)。结果  (1)高频 (HF) (白天为 2 7 2± 16 83,夜间为2 0 9± 16 83,p <0 .0 5 )、低频 (LF) (白天 16 85± 9 36 夜间 12 84± 9 4 7,P <0 0 5 )显示出明显的昼夜节律性变化 ,夜间明显高于白天。 (2 )正常人RDV与HRV的频率成分性质上非常相似 ,RDV的频谱分析呈现与HRV相似的两个主要的频谱成分即高频 (HF)和低频 (LF)。结论 RDV提供了又一无创方法以评价心室复极的自主神经调节机制

【Abstract】 Objective To invesigate ventricular repolarization duration variability(RDV) in normal individual by studying spontaneous beat to beat variability of the time intervals between the peaks of the R and T waves(RT).Metheds RDV and heart rate variabitity(HRV) analysis with 24-hour Holter tapes were performed in 30 normal individual.After pre-processing of digitized 24-hour Holter ECG′s,sepctral analysis was applied to heart rate and repolarization duration varibility.Result (1)In normal individuals,the circadian variation of ventricular repolarization (RD),The low(LF) and the high frequency(HF) existed significantly.HF(27.2±16.83 vs 20.91±16.83, P <0 05)?LF(16 85±9 36 vs 12 84±9 47, P <0 05) measured in the night was significantly of the RDV and HRV are qualitatively very similar.Spectral analysis of RT variability indicated the presence of two najor spectral components which corresponded to the low(LF) and the high frequency(HF) components of HRV.Conclusion RDV may provide an additional noninvasive tool to evaluate the neural mechanisms regulationg ventricular repolarization.
