【摘要】 目的 评价胆道造影技术在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法 腹腔镜胆囊切除术中经胆囊管插管行胆道造影共2503例。结果 2503例中 ,造影成功2419例 ,成功率为96.64 %。术中造影发现胆总管结石193例 ,胆管损伤12例 ,副肝管1例。结论术中造影操作迅速、安全 ,显影清晰 ,成功率高 ,能降低胆管损伤发生率 ;提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术的质量 ,值得推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Intraoperative cholangiography was performed in 2503 cases. Results The successful rate was 96.64%(Successfully completed in 2419 patients). Intraoperative cholangiography found stones in common bile duct in 193 cases, bile duct injury in 12 cases and abnormal bile duct in one case. Conclusion Intraoperative cholangiography has high successful rate and gives clear film of biliary tree. This technique can reduce the rate of bile duct injury and improves quality of LC.更多还原
