多功能气胸诊疗仪治疗自发性气胸的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 评价多功能气胸诊疗仪治疗自发性气胸的临床应用价值。方法 将自发性气胸患者80例随机分成二组 ,以多功能气胸诊疗仪为主的治疗组 (新疗法 )与水封瓶闭式引流治疗气胸的对照组 (传统方法 )进行对比研究。结果 多功能气胸诊疗仪治疗自发性气胸比水封瓶闭式引流治疗气胸具有操作简便、安全 ,能明显缩短气胸治愈时间 ,节省住院费用 ,提高气胸治愈率。结论 多功能气胸诊疗仪为主的新疗法治疗气胸明显优于水封瓶闭式引流的传统方法治疗气胸更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application value of multifunctional equipment for diagnosis and therapy of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 80 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases were treated by multifunctional equipment(new method), another 40 cases were treated by closed thoracic drainage (general method).Analysis was made on the two groups. Results Multifunctional equipment for diagnosis and therapy of spontaneous pneumothorax were simple and safe, new method could shorten the hospitalization time with less fees for the treatment, increased the cure rate of the patients. Conclusion The study suggests that the new method are better than the general method.更多还原
