【Abstract】 In this paper, for the purpose of reducing the samples for fatigue life test, a concept of 2 dimensional probability model for P S N curves is proposed and five 2 dimensional probability model(s) for 5 typical fatigue life distribution is established and an example of the method for P S N curves is given. By the error analysis, very fewer samples are needed in the mothod than in the traditional methods while keeping the statistical accuracy at the same level.更多还原
