【Abstract】 Curing reaction of QY8911 Ⅱ BMI resin was analysed by DSC, and the effect of heat history on curing reaction and materials property was studied. The results indicated that with the increasement of heat history temperature, melting point and curing ratio of the resin were increased simultaneously but the enthalpy of the resin was decreased.
