连续氢化物ICP-AES法测定土壤中痕量铅

【摘要】 以过硫酸铵 过氧化氢作氧化剂 ,将二价铅氧化为四价铅 ,与KBH4 反应生成气态氢化物 (PbH4 ) ,由氩气导入等离子体中进行测定。采用正交试验法优化分析条件 ,用标准加入法的结果经计算机多次迭代处理 ,以校正基体干扰。对国家土壤标准物质进行分析 ,结果满意。

【Abstract】 Lead(Ⅱ) in the sample solution (in~1mol·L -1 HCl) was oxidized to Pb(Ⅳ) by ammonium persulfate and hydrogen peroxide, and then the tetravalent lead was made to react with KBH 4 to generate PbH 4, which was led into the ICP torch by argon as carrying gas. The analytical conditions were optimized by the orthogonal experi mental design method. The analytical results was obtained by the standard addition method, and for the correction of interference of matrix of the sample, iterative treatment of data with microprocessor was applied. The results obtained in the analysis of three soil standard reference materials (GSS-4 GBW08303 and GBW08302) showed no significant deviations from the standard values.
