石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定有机锗饮品中锗

【摘要】 运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定有机锗饮品中有机锗和无机锗的含量 ,并对试验条件的优化进行了探索 ,对总锗的测定只作简单的稀释 ,应用钯作为基体改进剂 ,提高了检测灵敏度和回收率 ,有机锗和无机锗回收率分别在 97%~ 99%和 95 %~ 10 3%之间 ,RSD均小于 5 .0 %。方法简便、快速、重复性好

【Abstract】 The contents of organo-germanium and inorganic germanium in organo-germanium oral liquor which is used as nutrient was determined by GF-AAS method. The optimum atomization conditions for the determination were studied and palladium(Ⅱ) was added as matrix modifier. It was found that the suitable amounts of Pd(Ⅱ) added were 10mg·L -1, by which the sensitivity of determination was raised to a large extent. The total germanium (organic and inorganic germanium) was determined directly in an aliquat of the oral liquor after an appropriate dilution. The inorganic germanium was separated from the oral liquor by extraction with CCl 4 from a relatively concentrated HCl solution. The organic phase was evaporated and the residue was dissolved in water and diluted quantitatively. The in organic germanium was determined in an aliquat of this solution. The precision of the determintion was tested and the values of RSD of less than 5% were found for the determinations of both organic and inorganic germanium at three concentration levels i.e. 100, 200 and 300μg·L -1 (n=6). Recoveries found by standard addition method on three samples were in the range of 97% to 99%.
