【摘要】 分析了炼钢 -连铸 -热轧区段的匹配模式 ,指出钢铁制造流程中转炉 -连铸机 -热轧机的合理数量配置是“1 1 1” ;在热轧的生产规模为 3 5 0~ 5 0 0万t/a内 ,与之相对应的转炉配置和容量为 :大型转炉 ,采用三吹二模式 ,其容量范围为 15 0~ 2 15t;对于高效转炉采用一座转炉吹炼制 ,其容量为195~ 2 80t;并基于转炉 -连铸机 -热轧机的“1 1 1”配置进行了炼钢厂和热轧厂的平面布置设计

【Abstract】 Analysis on the matching mode of steelmaking continuous casting rolling section indicates that the reasonable configuration for the section is "1 1 1" of BOF caster rolling mill.For a hot rolling mill with an annual capacity of 3.5 ~ 5.0 million tone the proper configuration of the section is installation of three large converters (blowing pattern 3by2) and their working capacity be confined within the limit of 150~215 t/heat.For the high efficiency BOF the more reasonable blowing pattern is one BOF blowing and its working capacity is within the range of 195~280 t/heat.The plane layout for the steel plant and the hot roling mill is based primarily on "1 1 1" concept of converter continuous caster hot rolling mill.
