盐酸萃取磷矿生产复合肥的研究
Manufacture of compound fertilizer by decomposing phosphate rock with hydrochloric acid
【摘要】 介绍以盐酸、氯化钾、磷矿和氨为原料生产101010NPK复合肥的实验室实验和工业试验情况。该技术可以充分利用硫酸钾和硫酸钾复合肥生产中的副产品盐酸;省却了磷酸过滤、洗涤工序;产品养分全、物性好;利用钾固定氟化物,无三废排放。
【Abstract】 The laboratory and pilot experiments are described for the production of 101010 compound fertilizer with hydrochloric acid, potassium chloride, phosphate rock and ammonia as raw materials.The process has some advantanges, such as making use of the byproduct hydrochloric acid from the production of potassium sulfate and potassium sulfatebased compound fertilizer, eliminating the filtering and scrubbing sections of phosphoric acid, obtaining the product with full nutrients and good physical property and fixing the fluoride by potassium without the three wastes(waste water, waste gas, and industrial residue).
