提高Φ1.8m×3m磨机生产能力的研究与实践
Study and practice on raising the capacity of Φ1.8 m×3 m ball mill
【摘要】 1.8m×3m双仓磨机处理磷矿石,按溢流磨机标准装填磨料时,进料仓装钢球,出料仓装钢棒,磨料综合充填率35%~40%,处理磷矿量3t/h左右。将其改造为双仓格子溢流型,使磨料综合充填率增加到55%~60%,处理量达6t/h以上。在磨料综合充填率38%左右时,实耗功率最高160kW,随磨料综合充填率不断增加而减少到130kW。验证了四维破磨理论及其计算公式。为设计和改造各种磨机、半自磨机和开发碎磨机提供依据。
【Abstract】 18 m×3 m ball mill with double chambers(the front chamber for steel shot and the rear for steel roll), overfall type, packing fraction of 35%~40% and productive capacity of 3 t/h phosphate rock was retrefitted into the one with double chambers, overfall type through grating, packing fraction of 55%~60% and productive capacity of 6 t/h. Meanwhile with the increase of packing fraction, the power consumption is decreased to 130 kW from maximum of 160 kW under the packing fraction of 38%, which gives a proof to the 4 dimension milling theory and its formula, and also a practical reference for designing and improving various mills, semifilling mills or for developing breakdown mills.
