【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨香菇种植环境对肺部健康的影响。 [方法 ]菇棚的小气候、空气菌类测定 ;对 14 9名菇农进行呼吸系统自诉症状问卷调查、X线胸片检查和肺功能测定。 [结果 ]天然菇场环境作业 (老法 )的 62名菇农自诉症状平均每人 1 91项 ,X线胸片检出支气管炎症样改变 6例 ,慢性过敏性肺炎 2例 ,呼吸功能损害检出率为 2 9 41%。描述了人工荫棚栽培 (新法 )的作业环境和微小气候 ,经 10个菇棚 48份空气样品检验 ,霉、杂菌的平均浓度为 8 63× 10 3 cfu/m3 。该环境作业的 87名菇农 ,自诉症状平均每人 1 16项 ,近 5 0 %人员主诉无任何不适感觉 ,X线胸片未见慢性纤维化病理改变 ,呼吸功能损害检出率 12 68%。 [结论 ]在食用菌栽培技术中 ,香菇人工荫棚的内环境比较符合卫生学要求 ,治理菇棚内的杂菌污染可以预防亚临床型过敏性肺泡炎的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effects of the Shii take growing environment on lung health. The microclimate ,air fungus pollution were detected in the shii take sheds. The respiratory system of 149 shii take growers were investigated by inquiring their symptoms. Chest X ray examination and pulmonary functions were done. 62 shii take growers who worked in the natural shii take growing environment (old methods) reported their symptoms by themselves,each person had 1 91 complains in average . There were been 6 cases of bronchiole inflammation revealed by chest X ray examination,2 cases of chronic hypersensitive pneumonitis. The rate of damaged respiratory functions checked up is 29 41%. It described the cultivate environment (new methods) and the microclimate in the man made shii take sheds. By testing 10 shii take sheds and 48 air specimens,the average consistency of moulds,weed moulds is 8 63×10 cfu/m 3. 87 shii take growers in this working environment had 1 16 complains in average per each person. About 50% shii take growers didnt tell us unwell feeling. There are no chronic fibrosis pathological changes by the chest X ray examination. The rate of damaged respiratory functions is 12 68%. [Conclusion] In the cultivate technique of the edible fungi,the indoor environment of the man made shii take sheds was in accord with the demands of hygienics relatively. To bring under control of weed moulds pollution in the shii take sheds can prevent the occurrence of subclinical hypersensitive pneumonitis.更多还原
