复方消毒剂中戊二醛和苯扎氯铵的含量测定方法研究

【摘要】 [目的 ]为监督消毒剂有效成分及实际含量是否与申报卫生许可一致 ,为检查鉴定市场销售的消毒剂原液是否合格提供较可靠的含量测定方法。 [方法 ]采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定复方消毒剂样品中戊二醛和苯扎氯铵的含量。 [结果 ]建立可用于测定复方消毒剂中戊二醛和苯扎氯铵含量的双波长紫外分光光度法 ,此法戊二醛最小检测浓度为 0 0 2 0 % ,苯扎氯铵最小检测浓度为 0 0 0 2 0 %。 [结论 ]经验证此法吸光值与浓度之间线性关系精密度及回收率均良好 ,而且操作简单 ,结果可靠

【Abstract】 In order to supervise whether the effective component of disinfectants is in coincidence with the actual content reported for sanitation consent and check whether the disinfectiants sold in the market are qualified,we made this investigation. Dual wavelength violet spectrophotography was used to determine the content of glutaral and benzalkonium chloride in disinfectant sample. The minimum detectable concentration of glutaral and benzalkonium chloride is 0 02% and 0 002%, respectively. [Conclusion] The method was verified and proved that the linearity,the precision and the reclaimation rate are good enough . The method is convenient and the result is reliable.
