【摘要】 [目的 ]研究除草剂敌草快对胎仔动脉管的影响。 [方法 ]①妊娠的雌性Wistar大鼠随机分成 4组 ,每组 16只 ,实验组孕鼠于妊娠 2 1d皮下注射 0 5mg/kg、2mg/kg和 7mg/kg敌草快 ,对照组皮下注射等量的生理盐水。分别于注射后 1h、3h、6h、2 4h处死 4只动物 ,每只孕鼠取出 3只胎仔 ,制作冰冻切片 ,观察动脉管收缩情况。②取妊娠 19d、2 0d、2 1d的雌性Wistar大鼠各 8只 ,不同妊娠期动物随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组 4只 ,实验组皮下注射 7mg/kg敌草快 ,对照组皮下注射等量生理盐水。 3h后处死动物 ,每只孕鼠取 3只胎仔 ,观察动脉管收缩情况。 [结果 ]给予敌草快的胎仔动脉管直径明显小于对照组 ,且存在剂量 效应关系。由敌草快引起的胎仔动脉管收缩的临界期在胎龄 19d和 2 0d之间。 [结论 ]在本实验剂量与条件下敌草快对胎儿动脉管收缩有影响更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effects of diquat on ductus arteriosus of rat fetus. 64 gravid female Wistar rats were divided randomly into four groups,16 rats per group. The rats in the experimental groups were administered respectively with diquat by subcutaneous injection at a dose of 0 5,2 0 or 7 0 mg/kg on the 21th day of gestation. The rats in the control group were administered with saline by subcutaneous injection. Four animals per group were sacrificed respectively on 1 h,3 h,6 h and 24 h after injection. Three fetuses were used for observing contraction of ductus arteriosus. Eight gravid female Wistar rats on each day 19,20,21 of gestation were respectively divided randomly into two groups. In the experimental group,the rats were administered with diquat by subcutaneous injection at the dose of 7 mg/kg. In the control group,the rats were administered with saline by subcutaneous injection. The all animals were sacrificed 3 hours after injection. Three fetuses were used for observing contraction of ductus arteriosus per gravid rat. The internal diameter of ductus arteriosus of fetuses of rat dams treated with diquat was significantly decreased than that in the control group. The critical contraction time of ductus arteriosus of rat’s fetus induced by diquat is between 19 days and 20 days. [Conclusion] Diquat affects ductus arteriosus of rat fetus.更多还原
