【摘要】 目的 :通过与卡托普利对比 ,评价培哚普利治疗高血压的疗效 ,以及对血清总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、血糖 (Glu)、肌酐 (Cr)等的影响。方法 :回顾性分析 12 6例 1～ 2级高血压病患者的临床资料 ,培哚普利组 76例 (培哚普利 2～ 4mg ,qd) ;卡托普利组 5 0例 (国产卡托普利 2 5～ 5 0mg ,tid)。疗程均为 4wk ,治疗前后有水银柱血压计的偶测BP和 2 4h动态BP记录 ,以及清晨空腹测量血清TC ,TG ,Glu ,Cr等指标。结果 :2组治疗后偶测BP ,2 4h平均BP和BP负荷均明显降低 ,培哚普利组的总有效率明显高于卡托普利组 (96 1%vs80 % ,P <0 0 5 ) ,峰谷比值培哚普利也明显优于卡托普利 (SBP :6 8 6mmHgvs 4 8 7mmHg ,DBP :70 2mmHgvs 5 1 4mmHg ,P <0 0 5 ) ,2组刺激性咳嗽的发生率类似 (15 8%vs 18% ,P >0 0 5 )。培哚普利组治疗后TG ,Glu比治疗前明显降低。结论 :培哚普利是一种安全有效的控制高血压的药物 ,疗效明显优于国产卡托普利 ;并能够改善高血压病患者的血糖和脂质代谢更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of peridopril in the treatment of hypertention and effect on serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), glucose (Glu) and creatinine, comparing with captopril. METHODS: One hundred and twenty six cases of 1-2 grade essential hypertension were analyzed retrospectively. There were 76 cases in peridopril group treated with peridopril (2-4 mg, qd). There were 50 cases in captopril group treated with captopril made in China (25-50 mg, tid). RESULTS: After 4 wk treatment, odd BP, 24 h mean BP and BP load were decreased markedly in 2 groups. The total effective rate of peridopril group was higher than that of captopril group (96 1% vs 80%, P <0 05). Trough∶peak ratio of peridopril was greater than captopril (SBP, 68 6 mmHg vs 48 7 mmHg, P <0 05; DBP, 70 2 mmHg vs 51 4 mmHg, P <0 05). Occurrence rate of cough was comparable in 2 groups (15 8% vs 18%, P >0 05). TG and Glu level was lowered after treated with peridopril. CONCLUSION: Peridopril is a safe and effective drug to control hypertension, its efficacy is better than captopril. Peridopril can improve the metablism of ester and glucose in essential hypertension patients.更多还原
