【摘要】 目的 :调查广州市 0～ 14岁儿童恶性肿瘤死亡原因。方法 :收集广州市 1990 0 1 0 1～ 1998 12 31期间 0～ 14岁儿童恶性肿瘤死亡原因资料作分析 ,尝试提出提高儿童防癌保健工作的有关措施。结果 :1990年～ 1998年恶性肿瘤死亡率分别为 7 92 / 10万 ,5 99/ 10万 ,6 2 2 / 10万 ,5 0 8/ 10万 ,6 6 1/ 10万 ,4 4 6 / 10万 ,5 4 8/ 10万 ,4 75 / 10万 ,5 5 4/ 10万。恶性实体瘤与白血病各占 5 0 %左右 ,就诊时晚期肿瘤居多。结论 :要降低小儿恶性肿瘤死亡率 ,必须加大儿童防癌宣传教育的力度 ,加强基层医务工作者对儿童恶性肿瘤的认识 ,统一诊断和治疗准则 ,对高危儿童进行防癌监测 ,提高早诊率 ,这些措施对降低死亡率都是十分重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the causes of death in 0～14 years children with malignant tumor.Methods:The mortality rate and the causes of death in 0～14 years children with malignant tumor in Guangzhou from Jan 1,1990 to Dec.31,1998 were analyzed and methods of tumor prevention and health care in children were discussed.Results:Annual mortality rate of children with malignant tumor from 1990 to 1998 were:7.92,5.99,6.22,5.08,6.61,4.46,5.48,4.75 and 5.54 per 100,000 respectively.Malignant tumor and leukemia count for about 50% of the death respectively.Most of the cases were advanced tumor at diagnosis.Conclusion:To reduce the mortality rate of children with malignant tumor,the following are suggested:1.Extending knowledge education about tumor prevention.2.Well understanding to childrens malignant tumor.3.Uniformed criteria of diagnosis and treatment.4.Monitoring and follow up the high-risk children.5.Increasing the early diagnosis rate.更多还原
