【摘要】 目的　探讨白色白内障的超声乳化吸出方法。方法　采用“截囊—吸皮质—再截囊”完成此类病人的截囊 ,用“挖碗— 12点核下乳化 +削梨”的超声乳化方法吸出核。总结此类病例 17只眼 ,老年性白内障 16只眼 ,并发性白内障 1只眼 ;术前视力均为光感。结果　术后第 1天裸眼视力 >0 .5者 9只眼占 5 3% ,其中 1.0以上者 1只眼 ;术后 1周裸眼视力≥ 0 .5者 14只眼占 82 % ,其中 1.0以上者 2只眼。术中后囊膜破裂 1只眼 ,瞳孔轻度缺损 2只眼 ,前房积血 °2只眼 ,无 1例发生角膜失代偿。结论　超声乳化术是治疗白色白内障的有效措施之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods of phacoemulsification of the white cataracts.Methods Capsulectomy of such patients was performed by means of "Capsulectomy-aspiration of the cortex-recapsulectomy" Nuclei was aspirated out with phacoemulsification by means of digging blow?phacoemulsification below 12 o’clock nucleus and paring the pear.Seventeen eyes of these patients were summarized.Postoperative clinic effect were analyed.Results Seventeen eyes in cluding 16 eyes of senile cataracts and 1 eye of the complicative cataract.Their preoperative visual acuities were all light perception.The first day after surgery their uncorrected visual acuities were ≥0.5 in 14 eyes and ≥1.0 in 2 eyes.Complications which occurred during operation included capsular rupture (1eye),defect of pupillary margin (2 eyes),hyphema Ⅰ° (2 eyes).None of them had corneal decompensation.Conclusion Phacoemulsification is one of effective measures in treating white cataracts.更多还原
