【摘要】 目的　探讨原发性视网膜脱离术后未获完全成功而进行光凝治疗的效果。方法　回顾分析 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月住院治疗的原发性视网膜脱离患者中术后未获完全成功而进行光凝治疗的原因、方法及效果。结果　光凝治疗后 73例中裂孔闭合视网膜完全复位者 6 8例 (93.2 0 % ) ,视力上升者 5 3例 (72 .6 0 % )。随访 3～ 9月 ,平均 5 .7月 ,均未复发。结论　光凝治疗是视网膜脱离术后未获完全成功者再次治疗的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiev To evaluate the result of laser photocoagulation to the primary retinal detachment patients which hadn’t completely reattached after operation.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 73 cases(73 eyes) of primary retinal detachment which hadn’t completely reattached after operation.Results Among 73 eyes,68 eyes was completely reattached,the rate was up to 93.20%,postoperation visual activity achieved improvement.After average follow up of 5.7 months,no recurrence was observed.Conclusion Laser photocoagulation is effective to retreatment for the cases which hadn’t completely reattached after operation.更多还原
