【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断仪 (color Doppler imaging,CDI)对眼内膜状物的鉴别诊断价值。方法　用 CDI对 42例 (42只眼 )眼内膜状物进行探查 ,结合其二维血流信号进行分析。结果　 CDI显示 2 0例视网膜脱离中 19例有由视盘流出的血流信号 ;在 3例脉络膜脱离中 ,则出现不与视盘相连的血流信号 ;在全部 9例玻璃体机化膜及 10例玻璃体后脱离病例均未探及血流。结论　 CDI对视网膜脱离、脉络膜脱离、玻璃体机化膜及玻璃体后脱离的鉴别诊断有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler imaging(CDI) in the diagnosis of intraocular pathologic membranes.Methods 42 cases of various intraocular pathologic membranes were examined by CDI,and the blood flow pattern were evaluated at the base of two dimensional image.Results CDI might show the blood flow of retinal vessels coursing from optic nerve disc in 19 of 20 cases of retinal detachment,while in 3 cases with choroidal detachment the blood flow not joining to optic nerve disc.No blood flow could be detected in all 9 cases of vitreous membranes and 10 cases of posterior vitreous detachment.Conclusion CDI is helpful in the differential diagnosis among retinal detachemtn,choroidal detachment,vitreous membrane and posterior vitreous detachment.更多还原
