【摘要】 目的:研究肺癌和正常肺组织中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学EnVision方法,对71例肺癌标本和31例正常肺组织检测MMP-2的表达。结果:在71例肺癌标本中,小细胞肺癌只有4例,MMP-2表达阳性者占3例(75.0％);非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)有67例,年龄40岁以上者64例,MMP-2表达阳性者占39例,阳性率60.9％(39/64)。正常肺标本31例,年龄40岁以下者MMP-2表达均为阴性,年龄在40岁以上者26例,MMP-2阳性表达9例,阳性率34.6％(9/26),40岁以上NSCLC标本的MMP-2阳性表达与正常肺标本比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在NSCLC中高表达的MMP-2是肺癌的一种好的肿瘤标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase - 2 in lung cancer. Methods: En Vision immuno-histochemical technique was used to detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase - 2 in 71 cases of lung cancer and 31 cases of normal lung tissue. Results:In 71 patients, 4 cases of which were small -cell lung cancer only, and MMP -2 immunoreactivity was demonstrated in 3(75.0%). 67 cases were non - small - cell lung cancer(NSCLC), 64 cases of which were over 40 years, MMP - 2 immunoreactivity was demonstrated in 39(60.9% ). There were normal lung specimen, MMP - 2 immunoreactivity was all negative in cases of below 40 years, MMP - 2 immunoreactivity of 26 cases of over 40 years was demonstrated in 9(34. 6%). There was significant difference between the expression of MMP - 2 in NSCLC and normal lung specimen. Conclusion:High expression of MMP -2 in NSCLC was a good tumor marker.更多还原
