【摘要】 目的:总结中西医结合治疗输尿管梗阻的经验,以进一步探讨中西医结合治疗输尿管梗阻的可行性。方法:用注射器,分别抽取2％利多卡因5ml、黄体酮20mg、维生素K38mg用无菌生理盐水稀释至10ml,取肾俞、膀胱俞、中极、三阴交等穴位局部皮肤消毒后穿刺注射,得气后回抽无血将注射液注入穴位。结果:对输尿管下段急性梗阻的急诊处理采用中西医结合治疗取得了较好的效果,4例输尿管结石的患者排出结石,排尿正常。结论:在诊断明确的基础上,在严密监测肾功能和结石排出的可能性的前提下,中西医结合是治疗输尿管梗阻的一种有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 :To present 4 cases of lower ureteral obstruction treated by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and discuss the feasibility of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in ureteral obstruction. Methods: We injected lidocaine, progesterone and vitamine K3 into related acupoint to cure 4 cases with lower uerteral obstruction. This way can relieve the spasm and help the discharge of calculus. Results: Ureteral calculus in 4 cases were discharged and urination was normal. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is an effective treatment for ureteral obstruction caused by calculus.更多还原
