【摘要】 目的　 探讨B超对壁内段输尿管疾病的诊断价值。 方法　 回顾性地分析了 72例经手术、病理或临床治疗证实了的壁内段输尿管疾病的超声图像。结果　 壁内段输尿管结石 5 4例 ,囊肿 6例 ,狭窄及水肿各 4例 ,凝血史及肿瘤各 2例。结论　 超声检查可作为壁内段输尿管疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the ultrasonographic diagnosis of intramural segment ureteropathy.Methods The diagnoses of 72 cases,confirmed by operation,Pathology and clinical treatment respectively,were retrospectively analyzed here.Results Caculus (54 cases) was found to be the most common diseas;others were cyst( 6 cases ) , narrow urine tube and oedema ( 4 cases ), and coagulating block ( 2 cases ).Conclusion Ultrasonography can be used as the first choice in the diagnosis and differentiation of intramural segment ureteropathy.更多还原
