【摘要】 目的　 制定合适的食物交换份 ,促使食物交换份法在托幼园所膳食管理中的应用。方法　 将托幼园所常用的食物分类标准改为食物交换份。结果　 将常用食物分成 4组 9小类 ,每一食物交换份含热量 6 4Kcal,按类别不同分含定量的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物。 结论　 制作的食物交换份科学、合理 ,食物交换份法适合在托幼机构中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of nutritional program of exchangeable food portion in the diet planning of nurseries and kindergartens.Methods The commonly consumed foods were classified into 9 categories of 4 groups.Each exchangeable food portion contained 64 Kcal.as well as quantitative protein,fat and carbohydrate according to the different category of food.Conclusion The program of exchangeable food portions has proven to be suitable for the diet planning of nuseries and kindergartens.更多还原
