沂蒙山区吸入性变应原与儿童过敏性哮喘关系的研究
RESEARCH ON THE CORRELATION BETWEEN ASPIRATION ALLERGENS AND CHILD ALLERGIC ASTHMA IN YIMENG MOUNTAIN AREA
【摘要】 目的 探讨沂蒙山区吸入性变应原的种类与儿童过敏性哮喘的关系 ,针对性的进行防治 ,使哮喘的发病率降低到最低范围。方法 采用北京协和医院变态反应科提供的变应原原液及上海医科大学提供的家蝇、悬铃木、艹律 草、猫毛、狗毛变应原原液 ,选用前臂屈侧皮肤点刺法对哮喘儿童进行吸入性过敏原皮肤试验。 结果 阳性率为 5 3.0 4 % (2 4 4/ 4 6 0 )。其中屋尘占 6 1.0 7% (14 9/2 4 4) ,尘螨占 6 0 .6 6 % (14 8/ 2 4 4) ;多价昆虫占 4 3.0 3% (10 5 / 2 4 4) ;多价真菌I、II、III分别占2 7.87% (6 8/ 2 4 4)、33.2 0 % (81/ 2 4 4)、2 7.87% (6 8/ 2 4 4) ;春季花粉I、II、III分别占 2 9.92 % (73/2 4 4) ;31.97% (78/ 2 4 4)、;2 0 .4 9% (5 0 / 2 4 4) ;香烟烟占 2 5 .82 % (6 3/ 2 4 4) ;桑蚕丝占 19.6 7% (48/2 4 4) ;多价羽毛占 18.4 4% (45 / 2 4 4) ;棉絮占 13.11% (32 / 2 4 4) ;猫毛占 9.83% (2 4 / 2 4 4) ;狗毛占6 .15 % (15 / 2 4 4)。结论 沂蒙山区儿童过敏性哮喘与吸入性变应原有直接关系 ,主要引起儿童哮喘的变应原有屋尘 ,尘螨、多价真菌、春季花粉、夏秋花粉、蒿草花粉。香烟烟、桑蚕丝及羽毛和兽毛也是引起哮喘的主要变应原
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between aspiration allergens and child allergic asthma in Yimeng Mountain area so as to get effective prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods Stock solutions of such allergens as common house fly,Chinar ,Humulus japonicus,cat hair and dog hair,were mainly provided by Beijing Xiehe Hospital and Shanghai No.1 Medical University.Skin tests of aspiration allergens in the pars convuluta of children’s forearms were performed with pricking methods.Results The total positive rate of the subjects was 53.04%(244/460).Positive reactions were mainly caused by the following allergens:house dirt 61.07% (149/244);Dermatophagoidespterongossinus 60.66%(148/244);polyvalent insects 43.03% (105/244) ;polyvalent fungi:TypeⅠ27.87%(68/244),Type Ⅱ 33.20%(81/244) and Type Ⅲ 27.87%(68/244);Spring pollens:Type Ⅰ 29.92%(73/244),Type Ⅱ 31.97% and Type Ⅲ 20.40(50/244);Cigarette smoke 25.82%(63/244);mulberry silkworm silk 19.67 (48/244);polyvalent feather 18.44%(45/244);cotton wool 13.11%(32/244);cat hair 9.83%(24/244);dand og hair 6.15%(15/244).Conclusion There exists a direct correlation between aspiration allergens and child allergic asthma in Yimeng Mountain area.The main allergens have proven to be house dirt,dermatophgoides pteronyssinus,polyvalent fungi,pollens of spring ,summer and autumn,sweet wormwood pollen,cigarette smoke,mulberry silkworm silk,bird feather and animal hair.
