【摘要】 目的 :研究蒽环类药物累积剂量与其校正后QT间期 (QTc)的关系。方法 :回顾性分析 4 8例患者初次化疗前及应用蒽环类药物化疗后 12导联同步心电图 ,测量QTc ,以Bazett公式计算出QTc。结果 :蒽环类药物累积剂量 <2 0 0mg/m2 者 ,1/37QTc延长 ;在蒽环类药物累积剂量≥ 2 0 0mg/m2 者 ,5 /11QTc延长 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :随蒽环类药物累积剂量增加 ,QTc延长发生率增加更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relation of accumulated dose of anthracycline(ANTH) and the corrected QT interval(QTc) in 48 acute leukemia patients. Method:Retrospectively reviewed were 12 lead simultaneous body surface electrocardiograms of 48 acute leukemia patients and calculated QT which was corrected by Bazett’s formula. Result: 5 of 11 patients who received ≥200 mg/m 2 of ANTH versus 1 and 37 patients who received less than 200 mg/m 2 of ANTH had a QTc prolongation (P< 0.05 ).Conclusion:The occurrence QTc prolongation increases with the elevation of accumulated dose of ANTH.更多还原
